Electronic Materials

The electronic materials our company manufactures are used in various electronic parts as materials for photoresists and liquid crystal polymers. A photoresist is a photosensitive resin whose physical properties vary depending on the presence of light or radiation. In recent years, the resolution of processing techniques has dramatically improved with a reduction in the exposure wavelength through the adoption of advanced nano-level techniques, as higher integration and speed were pursued in concurrence with the advances in software technology. Therefore, the electronic materials of our company also require nano-level control and an advanced production management system to meet technological advances. In addition, liquid crystal polymers are replacing more and more resin materials as the demand for PCs and cell phones grows and a reduction in weight is promoted, and are expected to grow further in demand.
